Refund Policy

Cash refunds are not allowed. Goods once sold can only be exchanged for a replacement. If an item is proved to be faulty i.e damaged, then we will provide you with a replacement product, provided the item is returned within 3 days from the date of purchase, with original Invoice.

Exchange Policy is not applicable on items on sale or promotion. Only damaged article can be exchanged. For exchange the rider will come at your doorstep providing you the other piece.

The exchange items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed and unused with original tags/labels attached.

Exchange Policy on damaged items is for customers within Pakistan. Womade always assure to provide top quality products to its customers. For International/Domestic orders Womade always make sure to provide top quality items to keep away from the hassel of Exchange Policy. We monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused or lead to the closure of your orders.

Please note that the product colours may slightly vary due to photographic lighting and it will not be considered as a manufacturing defect. (Products are not eligible to change due to this reason).

Customers need to fill a form before exchanging(contact our WhatsApp Helpline to get a form).

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damage or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Items will not be exchanged for issues of sizes as size guide is available with complete measurements.
